How a correction is checked
The editorial desk compares the request with the Gambling Commission register, the operator’s published terms or another appropriate primary source. If the published material is wrong, it is amended rather than defended.
Differences of opinion about an editorial score are considered, but a score changes only when the underlying evidence or application of the stated criteria supports it.
What happens next
Clear factual errors are corrected on the relevant page. Where the change affects an operator check, the visible check date may be updated.
This is an editorial correction route, not a formal complaints process for gambling accounts. Account disputes must follow the operator’s complaints and alternative dispute resolution information.
Useful reports
Domain changes, licence-account changes, broken safety links and inaccurate descriptions of an operator’s product scope are all useful to report.
Do not send identity documents, transaction records or account passwords.
