Welcome offers
A welcome offer is limited to eligible new customers and commonly links an incentive to a qualifying action. It may use matched bonus funds, free spins or a sequence of staged rewards.
Read which funds carry wagering, the multiplier, the expiry period and whether accepting the offer changes other account conditions. Taking an offer is optional.
Reloads and recurring rewards
A reload uses a similar structure for existing customers. Missions ask for specified actions before a reward is released; loyalty schemes allocate points or status under published rules.
Recurring does not mean permanent. Eligibility, availability and terms can change, so a previous reward is not evidence that the same conditions apply now.
Free spins
A free spin normally applies to a named slot and stake value. Winnings may be credited as cash or bonus funds, and may carry separate wagering or caps under the offer terms.
The word free describes the spin price, not necessarily unrestricted value after the result. Check what happens to winnings and when they expire.
Cashback
Casino cashback usually returns a stated proportion of qualifying net losses over a defined period, subject to limits and exclusions. Some versions are credited as cash; others carry wagering.
It does not remove the original risk or make gambling loss-free. The calculation window and qualifying activity matter.
Tournaments and prize drops
A tournament ranks eligible activity or awards points under rules published for the event. A prize drop distributes rewards when defined conditions are met.
Check whether scoring rewards stake volume, wins or another action. Never increase spending solely to chase a leaderboard position.
